I’m the Editor-in-Chief of AI Advances, where I work with a large network of writers to make serious ideas in artificial intelligence easier to understand and more useful in practice. If you found me through the publication, that is probably the best introduction to how I think. I care about technical depth, but I care just as much about whether an idea holds up outside the draft.

Outside of AI Advances, I’m a Schreyer Honors Scholar at Pennsylvania State University, double majoring in Computer Science and Economics. My academic work focuses on the overlap between artificial intelligence and economic modeling. Lately, I’ve been working on ways to make advanced industrial organization models more usable through faster implementations and better cross-language tooling.

That same practical lens also shapes my book, Day Trade With AI, where I write about how machine learning changes the way people think about markets and uncertainty. Across all of it, I keep coming back to the same question: how do we turn powerful ideas into systems people can actually use?
